I had a mostly pleasant stay at Vinh Trung Plaza Hotel. the location and view were amazing, but there were some maintenance issues that couldn't be overlooked. While the room was spacious and the bed comfortable, the bathroom cleanliness left much to be desired. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast options, which showcased local flavors.
